Five stars aren't enough.. I would say at least TEN stars.. Anita Hill is such a kind, understanding and extremely competent and knowledgeable realtor. I am so lucky that a friend recommended her to sell my house that I had lived in for 45 years. With really no one else to mentor me and no expertise I needed a scrupulously honest and trustworthy realtor to advise me and Anita was all that and more. She advised on color choices when I needed to paint several rooms and they look nice. She knew several items that needed to be brought up to code. I went through one I'm-moving-no-I'm-not episode and she was there for me through it all. When I moved and it was time to list the house she was right on it. She very generously gave me TWO Sunday open houses a week before Easter. By Monday she had a dozen very fine offers. She spent a lot of quality time with me that afternoon and we selected an excellent offer well above the asking price. We accepted an offer within 3 days of the house being listed and before the sign was even in the ground.
Anita Hill has been far more than a professional who serviced a need. She has taken a genuine interest in me and my life interests and values. She is utterly unflappable, no doubt because of the breadth of her knowledge and experience both as a realtor and as a clergy person. I heartily recommend Anita C. Hill for anyone - buyer or seller - who needs a caring, trustworthy guide in a real estate transaction.

Anita was consistently helpful, present, accurate, and truthful. She listened carefully to what we sought, observed the homes we visited carefully, made sure we were noticing things that needed to be seen, and had a keen sense to give us space when there were details we needed to discuss with each other. She is very clear about process and legalities. From the presentation of our offer, through the inspection and closing she was careful and competent.
