Anna was born in Tallahassee, Florida and grew up in the small town of Crawfordville, just south of Florida's capital. She attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. During college she spent a summer abroad at the FSU campus in London, England studying history, art, and architecture. After moving to Charlotte in 2006, Anna attended the Art Institute and received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, an interest that stemmed from her studies in London.
Prior to joining HM Properties, Anna was a Senior Designer for Charlotte–based, high–end residential design firm Laura Casey Interiors. As a trained designer, Anna has extensive knowledge of space planning, construction drawings and product selection, along with a cultivated eye for aesthetics and great diligence. Anna's education and appreciation for architecture and interior design coupled with her ability to provide an elevated level of client service created a natural segue into real estate.
Having lived in Charlotte for almost a decade, Anna is highly familiar with its various neighborhoods and communities; she works with buyers and sellers in all areas and is a Top Producer for HM Properties. Anna's husband Blake, a native Charlottean, is the Director of Business Development for Ordereze. Together they are season ticket holders to the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and members of the YMCA. Anna enjoys traveling, reading, dancing, and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer. She is also a member of a book club and the Mint Museum.
