Anne assisted us with buying a home during a challenging time in the real estate market. She understands that in this highly competitive market, time is of the essence. We were buying from out of town and Anne was proactive in setting up showings quickly and willing to FaceTime/video us as often as we needed. We trusted her judgments on the condition and quality of the homes. Anne understood what we were looking for in a home and targeted our search accordingly. She helped us construct strong offers very quickly to ensure we had the best chance of getting under contract while keeping our best interests at the forefront of negotiations. Even after closing, she went above and beyond in coordinating repairs, improvements, lawn care and appliance deliveries since we were not yet in the local area. She really set us at ease knowing she was keeping an eye on the house as it sat empty. She works with a servant’s heart and truly wants to see her clients in a home they love. Anne was very helpful in the search for my mothers new start. My mother lived in the country in a beautiful house that had become too big and to much to take care of after my dads passing. Anne was so patient and would make every appointment we asked of her. When she found the perfect home, Anne walked her through the closing and what was needed.
