Anne Spencer

A native of Charlotte, Anne was a lifer at Providence Day School before attending the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2012, with a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology.

Anne’s passion for people and enthusiasm for home design drew her to a career in residential real estate and she joined Corcoran HM Properties in 2016. Her hardworking nature and consistent, honest communication with her clients allowed her to quickly build a fully referral-based business. After her first year in real estate, Anne was named as a “Rising Star in Real Estate” by the Charlotte Observer and has been an annual top producer since.

One of Anne’s favorite aspects of being a Realtor® is helping all types of homeowners from first-time home buyers to a family relocating to the city, or a couple downsizing as they begin a new chapter of life. She prides herself on being a strong negotiator for her clients and providing each with the same high level of service. She is equally passionate about showing newcomers of the Queen City the best aspects of her hometown and helping them find just the right neighborhood to call home.

Anne and her husband, Jack, reside in Myers Park with their twins and English Bulldog, Gus. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants while continuing to be a regular at her favorite Charlotte staples, and forcing Gus to go on walks around their neighborhood.
