Anngel Benoun

Anngel Benoun, Encino Office Sales Manager and Senior Estates Director of Dilbeck Real Estate offers over 30 Years of Probate, Trust, Conservatorship, REO Foreclosure and Family Law Real Estate Sales experience and more than 2100 closed sales throughout California. She is an industry leader, consistently ranking at the top of Dilbeck company-wide and ranks #1 in Encino office production as well as being in the top 2% of all Real Estate Agents nationally. Her many clients include Professional Fiduciaries, Attorneys, Trust Banks and Institutional Sellers including Fannie Mae.

Anngel is the team lead for The Professionals Connection Team, representing Trust and Probate Real Estate and she is a C.A.R. Certified Probate and Trust Real Estate Sales Specialist. Anngel is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Association's charitable arm, Valley Community Legal Fund.

She has been a featured expert on many real estate panels, radio interviews and print stories. Anngel is the author and presenter of the San Fernando Valley Bar and Professional Fiduciaries Association of California accredited course on the Real Estate Purchase Agreement and its Impact on Probate Sales.

She is also incredibly involved as an Advisor for the Small Business Development Council arm of the Small Business Administration, mentoring new and expanding businesses. Perhaps her greatest passion is the work she does with Love on A Leash Therapy Dogs organization with her two Golden Retriever Therapy Dogs, Fergus and Frodo. Anngel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and uses her creative and marketing background to develop innovate marketing strategies for her clients. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and tennis player and loves rooting for her beloved UCLA Bruins.
