Annie Wise

Annie is a lifelong Richmonder, serving the Richmond region as a licensed real estate agent since 2015. She graduated from The Steward School in 2005, and continued her education at the University of Georgia and Virginia Commonwealth University. During her high school and college years, Annie was a competitive hunter jumper equestrian, competing at a national level for several years straight. Her time competing at this level instilled her with perseverance and a hard work ethic. Her perseverance and hard work shine through in her career as a real estate agent. Annie’s devotion as a real estate professional provides her clients with their specific real estate needs, and tailored for each individual.
Since joining Shaheen, Ruth, Martin & Fonville back in 2017, Annie has teamed up with her mother, Cindy Wise, creating the Wise Team LLC. Annie & Cindy are fluent in all parts of the Central Virginia real estate market, particularly in farms and properties around Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Powhatan and Richmond, with an extensive knowledge of the surrounding equine community. Together, they ensure to guide their buyers and sellers through the buying and selling process with ease, from beginning to end.
