Anselm Clinard

With 14 years of experience and almost 300 transactions to date, Anselm brings energy, drive and enthusiasm to the home hunting process. Though he has worked with buyers and sellers, his primary focus has been realizing the dream of home ownership for buyers in North East Los Angeles and the surrounding communities of Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena and the Foothill neighborhoods.

Anselm thrives in creatively overcoming the challenges of a deal, and works with a diverse client base of entrepreneurs, developers, and first-time buyers. His approach is one of calm determination and diplomacy, leveraging his extensive agent relationships to best serve his clients.

In his off-time, Anselm laces up his cleats for the local men's soccer league, his heart forever divided between LAFC and Chelsea (don’t hold it against him).
