Anthony found a contractor to renovate the condo and then staged it. The job has done such that we got multiple offers the first day and ended up closing $40,000 over asking. This covered the renovations and most of his commission.

Lovato realty has helped me buy and sell many homes. What I really like about working Anthony is how flexible he is to help me get the best house for the best deal. When ever I wanted to make a low offer on a house, he never hesitated or tried to talk me out of it and tell me to make a higher offer afraid we’d lose the deals. Other realtors I’ve worked with seemed to care more about getting the commission than caring about me and my wants. Anthony is my number realtor I always go to before I even consider buying a new home or property! When I was looking for the home I’m currently in, he helped me look at almost 70 homes!

Anthony and Lena went above and beyond trying to get my house sold. I got a price I was very happy with. My initial realtors couldn’t Sell it after a year on the market and they got it sold in 2 months. They did a great job staging and making sure the place was in order while I was living on the east coast. Highly recommend!
