About Anthony
Shortly after graduating from University of North Texas in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance Anthony embarked on his Real Estate career. He has over 10 years of experience being a mortgage professional, in particular loss mitigation practices, procedures, and processes. He has also worked as a Foreclosure Prevention Specialist, negotiating over 900 short sales and completing over 200 deed-in-lieu workouts before being promoted to Underwriter. He is experienced in contract negotiations from start to finish, as well as providing alternative solutions when necessary.
He has always had an interest in real estate because he believes it is truly a business about people. By bringing everyone (contractors, title companies, insurance agents, investors, and real estate agents) together to deter a customer from foreclosure, it became obvious to him that the only way to reach this goal in the fullest capacity was to get a real estate license.
Picking a thoroughly educated REALTOR® who knows the front end of purchasing a home as well as the foreclosure/bank side of the process is someone you want on your side.
