We have used April Keys several times on both buying and selling real estate transactions. We are extremely pleased with April's knowledge and it certainly helps that she represents a lot of real estate investors so she is up to date on real market trends. Her advice and help listing and selling our properties has saved many thousands of dollars. 10 Stars if that was an available option!

April Keys is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We sold my grandparents home with her in May, and it was a somewhat complicated situation that she helped us navigate seamlessly. She has extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with trusts, senior sales, and POAs which was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She made things as easy as possible for us! I would recommend April ten times over to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property - we appreciate her SO very much!

We met April while we were house shopping in the Surprise Arizona area. She had sent me several listings by email before we drove down to actually see the homes in person. She spent two days taking us from house to house to view. After the first day she had a pretty good idea the kind of home we were looking for and on the second day took us to several that she thought would match our taste. The second to the last house we looked at was it, Perfect! She worked with us quickly to get our bid in yet that day. Once she had the ball rolling, we went back to our home in Colorado. She continued to help us each step of the way, through the title company, the inspections and everything else involved in a new home purchase. We closed today and can hardly wait to begin our life in our beautiful new home. I have never been acquainted with a better realtor then April Keys. She genuinely cares about her clients. I would give her an A++++ all around!

She is proactive, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, well-connected, and always professional. She made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I am out of state and was looking for a home in the Sun City West area. After speaking to April by telephone, she was able to come up with a property that was perfect for my needs. She was willing to do a virtual walk through the property with me. I made a last-minute decision to come to Arizona to look at the property in person. She was able to make arrangements to show me not only the house that I would eventually buy, but also six other properties in the same area and price range.
I feel that she did a great job of negotiating with the seller’s agent. I also think that she did a great job helping me with setting up services that I would need in my new home.
I couldn’t be happier with her service and my new home.

I had a very difficult situation. The owner of the house I was renting was getting divorced so I was not able to renew my lease, which was expiring in 30 days. The difficult part of this situation was that I have two large dogs that I would not even consider parting with. A friend of mine referred me to April Keys. She had used April on two separate occasions and was very happy with the service she received. When I called April and explained my situation, her response immediately relieved me of my sense of panic and concern. Within 24 hours she found me several different houses that met my requirements. Her professionalism, work ethic and ability to make you feel like you are a top priority is outstanding. I Strongly recommend anyone in need of a realtor to make April Keys their first call. I know I’m thankful that I did.
