We met April a few years ago looking to relocate from the West Coast. We had a limited amount of time to look. She continued searching for us after we left and was diligent in sending us potential homes. She took the time to get to know us and our preferences. She found us a beautiful new home and we are so thankful she was on our team. When it came time to sell that house we called April and she came through for us again. I can’t recommend April enough! As first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions. April explained everything in layman’s terms, and also showed us things to look out for when searching for a home. She is very professional, easy to work with and very accommodating with our schedules since we live out of town. April is just awesome!!! In our initial phone meeting I got a great feel for April as she went over the entire process in selling my property and what I should expect from her as my Real Estate Agent. She gave me an understanding of the current market, possible realistic scenarios with the property, and answered each and every one of my questions. She never made any promises, as that is not her style, but definitely delivered and went above and beyond as my agent.

I purchased my home while I was stationed in Virginia many years ago. I’ve been back in California for quite some time now, therefore attending to the home in getting it market ready personally was very difficult for me as I didn’t have the time to make a trip back to the East Coast. April, upon receiving the keys got right down to work and took care of the property as if it was her own, getting it ready for the market. The property needed some work, she took care of that. She is well connected with local contractors who have great reputation and do really great work, I was amazed at the work and the after pictures of the home. The home went under contract in no time after hitting the market and sold.

April is very knowledgeable and has quite the experience. She is very passionate about what she does and it shows. Very professional through and through. I was more than satisfied with her work and the entire process. Buying and selling a home is always an uneasy process, April gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her to anyone.

April exceeded every expectation that we had! She helped us sell our first home and buy our first new construction home. She walked us through every step of the process, listened to what we had to say, and answered all of our questions (even the stupid ones lol).
