About April
Real talk, always. After 8 years and hundreds of transactions I have zeroed in always providing facts, stats, & real-life application to help you make decisions in your best interest. That may not always be to buy or sell and I run into that often. If I can help someone sort out the right decision I will always consider that a win.
Buyers: I have a different approach than most. I believe in the power of teaching before you dive into the process. There are costs, expenses, timelines, risks, inspections, benefits and you need to be aware of all facets before you can decide if buying is right for you. I offer low-key, no pressure, one-on-one homebuyer orientations so you can start on the best foot, every time. Please reach out to schedule in person or via video.
Sellers: Just as with buyers, I ensure every seller is well aware of the risks, benefits, equity positions and processes before diving in. I highly encourage interviewing multiple realtors to ensure you find the right fit. My unique timeline strategy helps you to step into the process with confidence. Due to streamlined systems and processes you will find that investing in me will cost less than most agents. Please reach out for a different kind of selling experience where we take your stress and equity into account first.
Military: I am an Army Veteran, prior MilSpouse, former SAHM, I have seen Military life from most every angle. I have been deployed and been home while a spouse is deployed. I have felt the loneliness that can come from being a stay-at-home mom. I have felt the depression of saying "see you later" and experienced the fear of being deployed. I have waited with annoyed anticipation of getting orders and worried that I do not know anyone where I am headed next. A great source of pride has been finding my voice to be an advocate for our local Military community. Whether you need a list of local daycares, all the hot FB groups to join, someone to meet TMO because you did not make it in time, an emergency contact locally for your kids, or direction to help you find your home, I have got your back! Welcome to Offutt, my friends.
Fires: When you hire a realtor, you hire the years of experience that come along with them. After 400+ transactions in 8 years I have seen A TON. Real estate can throw some crazy situations your way. I have had some experiences that would make your hair stand on end. When you hire someone to help you buy or sell your biggest asset you want to make sure they know how to handle any situation that comes our way. Interview your agents, ask them the tough questions. See how they would handle certain situations and soon, you will start to see that we are not all cut from the same cloth.
Trust: The buck doesn't stop once you close. Far from it! I love to take care of those who have taken care of me. You have made a difference for myself and my family and I thank you for that. The Copper Ribbon program is our giveback division. You can expect small tokens of appreciation throughout the year, events for you and your family, contests, home maintenance tips and more. We always have something up our sleeves and we love to share!
