Male Ara, a graduate in Real Estate from Cal State L.A. in 1979, dedicated himself to thoroughly understanding Real Estate laws before taking on the role of an advisor to future clients. While attending classes in Appraisal, Business Law, Real Estate Principles, and Real Estate Financing at CSULA, he discovered proficiency in math and marketing, essential components for success in the field.
Ara's initial exposure occurred at a friend's real estate office in the Great Western landmark building at La Cienega & Wilshire. In a remarkable three-month span, he completed three commercial transactions, including a retail lease on Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills, a 12-unit townhouse development land sale on Van Nuys Blvd. in Sherman Oaks, and a commercial retail corner development land sale on Glenoaks Blvd. in Glendale. Despite entering the real estate market during one of its most challenging phases, characterized by record-high interest rates (18%). He seamlessly transitioned to selling homes, commercial properties, apartments, and land developments, achieving continuous success and satisfaction through the years despite the challenges of stress and the need for ongoing education and patience.
