Arnel is a hard working, friendly, well.mannered and funny Agent. We work with him for almost two months looking for houses every week. He always kept us updates almost every day and all day if we needs him to. We work with a few agents before working with him so be know the different between working with someone who actually putting in the effort and time for their job. This job is risky because client can back out anytime but Arnel still spending his time showing us houses, comps and checking in with all.the houses we were interested in. We went through sending offers for so many houses and Arnel’s performance never changes, so details and professional! At the end of my house hunting journey I found a house that I really love, and Arnel went through so many routs to help us get it with the deals that we really want. Mind you I had a deadline I need to meet and strict options to follow so not only we are lucky we found our house but we are lucky that our agent was Arnel who help us fulfil every single one of them. We spent time educated us and putting in extra time to protect us for our rights and benefit. You will feel safe working with Arnel because he would not rush you, complain, show sign of annoyance, or ask you to put in more when you are not comfortable. He will wait until we find the house we actually love.

Arnel helped my wife and I through our first home buying journey. We came into this with zero knowledge. He helped us though all the highs and lows when searching for our first home.

I don’t think we could’ve gone though this process without his expertise, knowledge and guidance. He answered all our questions, no matter what they were or what time of day we would contact him. He was available to answer our questions majority of the time.

We would definitely recommend Arnel to our friends and family for their home buying needs.

Arnel came highly recommended by one of my trusted work colleagues. My job was relocating me — pretty much a lifelong East Coast girl — to the West Coast and I wanted to find a place amid the somewhat “displacement” that made me feel like I was home. To say that I’m super picky, is an understatement. While I fully get the definition of “compromise,” I find it a challenge to compromise on what I want when it comes to where and what I call home.

I took a five-day apartment scouting trip from the East Coast to LA and for three of those days, from morning till evening, Arnel took me to see about two dozen apartments at various points across the city. With each showing, he, or rather, we, held hope that it would be what I was looking for, or as I like to say, “sexy.” Alas, it took much longer than I’d anticipated to find that sexy. It actually didn’t happen till the last day of my scouting trip.

At no time did Arnel express any fatigue or frustration over my fastidiousness. In fact, this seemingly inspired him to try even harder to get me what I wanted, or close to it. Arnel was and is the consummate professional, patient, thoughtful, reliable, always following through and going beyond the call of duty to ensure that I’d leave LA having signed a lease.

I’m thankful or Arnel’s help and I look forward to moving to LA, into my new apartment/home. I’m super happy and grateful that my colleague referred me to Arnel, and I highly recommend him!!! Thanks!

Arnel Sanchez is truly a gentleman and a scholar! I was asked by a friend to accompany her on her LA apartment searches. I was just happy to just be supportive and really did not know what to expect of the experience. I must say, Arnel was the ultimate professional from beginning to end. I was able to spend 2/3 of the search days with them and the level of excellence was consistent. He's personable, organized and extremely efficient. He is proactive in scheduling, effective in routing and truly focused on the needs of the client.

Needless to say, I was happy to have met and worked with Arnel. He is truly a great person and I would recommend him to any and everyone looking for agent who knows the business and will provide unmatched 5 star service!
