Trustworthy, loyal, and an all-around people person, Arrington Grawunder always has his clients’ best interests at heart. He moved to Austin in 1999 to attend the University of Texas, fell in love with the city, and has called it home ever since. Shortly after graduation, Arrington started his own transportation company, Uptown Valet & Transportation, from the ground up, transporting ex-presidents, political dignitaries, and high-profile celebrities. Arrington’s wildly successful business is built on the foundation of offering his clients a highly motivated individual who understands the industry and is willing to work as hard as humanly possible to exceed expectations. His mission is to offer the best service possible by making use of new and emerging technologies, gathering as much real estate knowledge as possible through continued education, and utilizing his wide database of resources within the Austin community. He is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Arrington is happily married to Christy, and together they have three dogs and three children: twin girls, Addison & Vivian, and the youngest, Jack. He is heavily involved in the local community, attends church at Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Tarrytown with his family, and is heavily involved in the following organizations: Austin Angels, Austin Young Chamber of Commerce, Austin Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors of International Live Event Association, Greater Business and Travel Organization, and Austin Pets Alive.
