Ashia Barela

With over 20 years of real estate sales experience, Ashia admits she absolutely loves the negotiation process. Ashia’s expertise is comprehensive, including high-end fractional ownership and new construction, but she especially enjoys helping first-time buyers, who often turn into friends. Ashia lives in Littleton with her husband and three children, one of whom was diagnosed with myeloid leukemia at 11 months old. Since then, she has been determined to raise awareness of the disease and find a cure. She speaks at events on behalf of the families and children it has affected, and her hard work has helped raise over 750,000 dollars to date for pediatric cancer research. Ashia is known for her enthusiasm and kindness, and in her downtime, she enjoys paddleboarding, shopping and traveling.
