Ashley Busch

Ashley is originally from Alabama and is a Southerner at heart. She loves Southern accents, tall trees, green grass, and sweet tea. Her family moved to New Mexico when she was twelve, so she spent many formative years in the Land of Enchantment and graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism. After college she began working for a homebuilder and realized her love of homes and home construction. She has a passion for all things home related including home design, décor, location, and neighborhoods. She also has a huge passion for helping people and especially helping people through their largest financial decision of purchasing a home. One of her favorite things is seeing her clients faces light up when they find “the one”!! The feeling of knowing they are moving forward toward a dream…whether it be first time home ownership, purchasing an investment property or finding a forever home; she loves helping make these dreams come true!

She has been a Colorado resident since 2008 and has fallen in love with this beautiful state. She is proud to be raising her kids here and love taking in all that Colorado has to offer. When she’s not showing houses, they will find her hanging with her family, hiking, skiing, enjoying her neighborhood pool, hanging with her church group or socializing with friends.

She specializes in SW Denver and Littleton but am also very familiar with many different areas within the Denver Metro.
