Ashley Chappelear

Ashley Chappelear grew up on a dairy farm in rural Southwest Mississippi. After high school, Ashley attended MSU and graduated from Ole Miss with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She worked in the engineering industry for 2 years before devoting time to her family. Ashley was a stay at home mother for 12 years, and entered the workforce again in 2013.
Ashley joined Overby in 2013, focusing on residential and commercial property management, as well as residential sales. Ashley handles all residential and commercial maintenance, repairs and property management. In addition, Ashley is a licensed realtor with years of experience, ready to find your new home.
With her husband, a contractor, Ashley also buys and sells investment properties they have renovated. They enjoy turning trash into treasure. Ashley lives in Madison with her husband and 3 children. They are involved in their community, Lake Caroline, and enjoy spending time on the lake. Ashley also enjoys watching her kids in various sports and activities as well as traveling.
