As an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker and Property Manager, Ashley provides Preston Bend Real Estate clients a host of sharpened CRE skills to achieve real estate objectives.
As a Property Manager, she plays an integral role in restructuring and implementing new systems and processes which contribute to cost savings and, ultimately, improved performance for managed assets.
As a Commercial Agent, Ashley specializes in working with commercial investors in acquisition, leasing, and disposition of assets. Ashley has leveraged her knowledge in property management to better advise her clients on identifying value/under performing assets, creating a vision for the project, and implementing a plan of action to maximize her clients profitability.
Prior to joining Preston Bend, Ashley was a Commercial Agent and Property Manager for Scott Brown Commercial – a division of Scott Brown Group (SBG) in Denton, Texas where she managed a portfolio totaling $100MM in commercial assets, which included office, medical, retail, industrial, and mixed use properties.
Ashley strives to bring professionalism, experience, and hard work to each project and client. She believes in building long term relationships through providing exceptional service to her clients and maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
Ashley earned a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate at the University of North Texas where she was a scholarship Athlete and member of the Softball Team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, training her dogs, traveling, and participating in sports. Ashley also volunteers her time as a coach for a club fast pitch softball team, mentoring and teaching young female athletes how to improve their skills and grow as individuals as they prepare for college.
