I used to think all realtors were more or less the same—it was always hard to fathom how these individuals could substantially differentiate themselves in such a competitive/saturated line of work. However, working with Atoosa was a very eye-opening experience as I discovered that, just like in any profession, there are LEVELS to this—and Atoosa is at the very top of her game. She worked diligently in helping me sell my property during a challenging housing market with unfavorable macroeconomic conditions (2023-2024). Atoosa was always available to provide advice, consistently followed up with very detailed messages and emails, and handled the negotiation process like a seasoned pro. She greatly exceeded my expectations and always had my best interest at heart. I feel quite fortunate to have had Atoosa represent me.

As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have found anyone better. She patiently guided me through everything, always prioritizing what mattered to me. Atoosa is a terrific agent, very personable, meticulous, and one of the best negotiators we've seen in the market! As our buying agent, she went above and beyond and ensured our questions were answered, no matter day or night. After the first few days of speaking with her, she totally understood what areas of Austin were the best fit for us. We were from out of state and were not familiar with the city, but thanks to Atoosa, we soon narrowed down the neighborhoods to a couple of areas. Atoosa was available 24/7 to respond to our questions. It's an arduous task to win bidding on a house in this tough housing market. I had worked with a couple of other realtors previously and Atoosa knowledge, enthusiasm and communication skills are something else. She takes her job very serious and takes time for her clients and respond to questions very quickly. Considering Austin market competitiveness, she is natural at reading how buyers might behave and her recommendations on the price range and what the offer should be is unbelievably accurate. Unlike many, she is not interested in closing the deal at all costs and when necessary she talks you out of a bad deal. Highly recommended!

I’ve bought and sold many houses throughout my years and Atoosa was by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with, she is an experienced professional, very friendly, and one of the hardest workers I’ve encountered. When we listed our house she started with an evaluation, priced it fairly, staged the property and aggressively marketed it for sale. We sold in the first week!
She is a hard worker that always answers her phone whether it’s 7am or 10pm and never hides behind a voicemail. If you’re buying or selling a property I highly recommended her, you won’t be disappointed!
