Barbara Anderson

Barbara has been a valued Coldwell Banker Realty's Toner Team member since 2001. She made a significant career change from her previous role working with elementary-aged children in the Roseville School District. Her journey into real estate began during her summers, where she collaborated with Carol Toner, assisting with real estate paperwork and discovering her passion for the field.

Barb holds real estate salesperson licenses in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is an active member of various professional associations, including the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors. Barb is enthusiastic about assisting clients with their real estate needs in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Barb has been a lifelong resident of Saint Paul, where she resides with her husband, Jim, and their two daughters, Elke and Niki. Their household also includes two energetic English Setter dogs named Otis and Annie. Barb considers herself fortunate to work alongside her sister, Carol, and her nephew, Mike, as part of the Toner Team, creating a close-knit family connection in her real estate career.
