Nick and Barbara were stellar throughout our search. We bought in the winter of 2018 when demand was sky high and they were able to use their long-standing relationships and insight that allowed us to win the bid even when it wasn't the highest! Now we are 1.5 years into our new house and I still will email them asking for recs on services or utilities. They are fantastic!

This is a strong recommendation, without any qualification, for Barbara and Nick Lymberis who recently handled the sale of our house in west Willow Glen. They are highly professional, ethical, and have many years of experience that helped us get top dollar for our home. We interviewed three or four other agents, but found that Barbara and Nick best fit our needs in several ways. One was their honest and realistic appraisal of what moderately priced efforts we could make to upgrade the interior to make it more attractive to potential buyers. A second plus was that the house prep was done after we moved so Nick supervised the work of the several contractors in our absence and regularly checked with us on progress and costs. Throughout the preparation and selling of our home, which can be stressful, both Barbara and Nick were always there to give us advice and support. They are a great team.

We used Barbara and Nick for 2 home purchases--one a condo when we first moved to the Bay Area and one a home in the East Bay--and the sale of our first place. We were so fortunate to have Barbara as our main broker, but both Barbara and Nick helped us navigate the challenges of the Bay Area market (which is very different from where we came from), were extremely patient in explaining all of our options and what was and wasn't realistic, and were clear in outlining the details of everything that needed to get done. We hope to not be moving again in the near future, but highly recommend them for anyone who is!
