I have bought 4 homes and sold 3, all with Barry. As super busy as he is, he returns my phone calls immediately, meets me at any time day or night, and puts up with my endless questions. He is a super positive person and always sees the possibilities with any property, and has creative ideas to overcome any challenges. Although buying a home may seem like the easy part, selling homes can be very difficult. Not with Barry! With the 3 homes I have asked him to sell over the years, he sold them within 60 days at or near my asking price. He knows the market, prices the homes correctly, and is a fantastic negotiator. Trust the Nice Bald Guy. He is the only realtor you will ever need!
