Beau Stacom

For Beau, real estate is the “family business.” Her father was vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, a large commercial real estate company, for several decades and, like her five siblings before her, she obtained her real estate license as a teenager and spent summers working in various departments at Cushman & Wakefield, from the copy department to the mailroom, and everything in between.

After college, Beau’s career continued at Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. in New York City. When she left Citibank, she was managing a portfolio of real estate loans and properties valued in excess of $100 million. She developed relationship strategy, handled contentious negotiations with high net worth borrowers, and valued and disposed of bank-owned properties via real estate auctions and private sales.

After moving to Los Angeles and graduating from UCLA Law School, Beau worked as a transactional attorney at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLC, one of the largest law firms in the nation. She represented multi-national corporations in a variety of transactions, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.

Beau has been in Los Angeles for over twenty years and has put down deep roots here. She has lived, worked, and attended school in areas as diverse as West Hollywood, West LA, downtown, and the San Fernando Valley. She has been an active parent at local public and private schools, including being a founding parent and board member of a charter school. She is well aware of the factors, both personal and financial, that impact decisions to purchase in a particular part of the city. Her extensive business experience and deep community ties make her uniquely qualified to manage your real estate needs with a high level of integrity and knowledge.
