Met Ben around 6 months ago and discussed the idea of purchasing a property. He walked me through the entire process briefly and as we started moving forward he would explain every single detail to make sure I understand it inside out. He would always give me his best advice even if it would make his work harder. His great advises created a good level of trust. In many cases I would just take his word without personally digging into things. Even though the bay area market is a tough one, he was patient with me for about 4 months until we could get our offer accepted and close the deal. My wife met Ben just a few months back on a completely different subject matter. Knowing that Ben is a real estate agent, we decided to have Ben represent us when it was time to sell our property because, from the way my wife described Ben, it seems that she had a really good first impression. There were definitely bumps in the entire process. We listed at the turn of the market hype and definitely saw a slow down. We had a few offers but the most qualifying one was extremely difficult to deal with. Ben handled every aspect of the offers/counter extremely professionally. In the end, we did not get the numbers we were hoping for but that's not your agent's fault. The market determine what your property is worth, not your agent.-Danny V.

Ben is an excellent real estate agent, with a great experience and expertise in his field. He helped us purchase our first home in San Jose, one of the most competitive real estate markets. He was extremely patient, and spent a lot of time educating us about the real estate business, rules and regulations, and the existing procedures, which not only helped us purchase our first home, but also provided us with a great foundation for our potential future purchases. He is very responsive and has excellent communication skills; he immediately answered most of our phone calls, and returned any missed calls and email or text messages promptly. He prepared all the paperwork for our contract and guided us through the process so we can sail through the contract with the least amount of stress. We were able to close within 25 days with no particular hiccups, which would have not been possible without his concentration and hard work. Last but not least, he supported us on various aspects of the contract before and after closing, such as introducing loan agents, home inspection and home warranty companies, cleaning and moving services, etc, which helped us succeed in all the different aspects of the process. Ben helped us get a home of our dream. He answered every question with detailed explanation and helped us understand the whole process of the transaction thoroughly. Every single home we previewed he was letting us know all the details not only about the home itself, but also all the details about neighborhood, safety, school and everything we were interested to know.
