Ben was seriously a blessing! I am only 21 and this is my first house so that’s a big thing for people. My experience started off with a different realtor and it was just awful and stressful. When I met Ben he made my parents and I feel completely at ease and comfortable from the jump. He constantly jumped on new listings for me and kept in mind what were wants and needs for my first house. I’d say it was about 3 weeks into having Ben as my realtor and we found the perfect first house for me. I honestly feel my offer wouldn’t have been accepted if it wasn’t for having such a personable and straight up realtor. He is simply the BEST!!! I am so thankful and happy I had the chance to work with Ben.

Ben helped my husband and I find our home! He was super funny, personable, and overall the best choice we could’ve made when looking for a realtor. He helped my parents find their home (they looked at so many houses), he helped my sister and her husband, and then he helped us. I would recommend him over and over again! Worked with Ben on an investment property. He was recommended by my sons & I was concerned about his experience with multi-family. When it comes to real estate, Ben should be your guy! When searching for our first home, my husband and I turned to Ben to help us in our journey. Ben was extremely patient (we looked at LOTS of homes as I didn't want to settle for your typical "starter home") and he was never pushy. If we didn't like a house, it was always "No problem, on to the next one!" In the end, we were able to purchase our DREAM home and during a process that some agents can make agonizing and dreadful, Ben made us feel comfortable and confident that we were making the right decisions every step of the way! We're hoping to be in our house for quite some time, but when the time comes to move into a new home, Ben will 100% be our first call! Ben is trustworthy, knowledgeable, communicative, and easy going! 12/10 would recommend!

We hired Ben to sell a house that we bought for our daughter & some friends to rent from us while in college, after she graduated Ben put the house up for sale and it promptly sold for $137,000.00 which was $27,000.00 more than we bought it for just 4 years earlier! We then asked him to put our house up for sale and find us a new home and within a few months he also had found us our dream home and sold our other home for $87,000.00 more than we paid for it 15 years earlier. I can honestly say that I could not believe that any real estate agent could or would work harder for you. We were more than pleased with his services and are currently having him look for another home for our other daughter who just graduated college. Thank you again Ben, for everything!!!

I recently worked with Ben on a home purchase. It was a unique situation with an outbuilding next to the house that was on a different parcel. Ben did his due diligence and had the issue cleared up right in the beginning. That attention to detail is not typical in real estate. This little extra attention ensured a smooth transaction on a very short time frame. I would highly recommend Ben Heaston to any buyer.

He is honest and hands-on and really helped to take the pressure off of us and was always accessible and willing to make a variety of suggestions and options. Ben brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, which created high foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Somehow Ben and I were randomly paired together, but I really enjoyed having him as a real estate agent. Ben was extremely flexible and was more than willing to show me the same place 3 different times (nighttime, daytime, and a week before closing). He didn't try to talk to me into any one particular home and could sense my feelings toward certain homes right away. Ben was very reassuring; responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails; and went above and beyond even after closing to make sure everything was right. He even cut my mom's food for her at a restaurant since we met with him the day after she had surgery! My family and I really enjoyed laughing and chatting with Ben. He was also great about answering questions and when he didn't know something, he made sure to contact someone who did.

We had been looking for an acreage for about a year. Something came on the market that we wanted to take a look at, but knowing how fast houses were selling, we wanted to see it right away.
