Ben Pham is a licensed real estate agent in the greater Austin, TX metropolitan area. He received his bachelor degree in computer science with the highest honors in his class, summa cum laude. His experience as an IT professional, taught him a great deal about innovative technology that assists him in optimizing his business. By working efficiently, Ben is able to work harder and do even more. With more time, Ben began to invest in real estate in 2011. One may claim that, "Ben is born into and raised up around the world of real estate." During his early years, Ben worked at his family's residential appraisal company in Houston, TX. The family business gave Ben the experience, fundamentals, and insight to invest in properties with the greatest return on investment. Part of his growth and development, Ben mastered many aspects about the construction trade from his father, a retired remodeling contractor. Fast forwarding to today, Ben now manage and operate his own construction company, Vazpha, LLC, where he helped many clients remodel their homes, investment properties, maintain rental properties, while flipping ugly house into beautiful home. Seeing many missed opportunities and deficiencies in the market, Ben acquired his real estate license to help more people unlock the full potential of buying and selling real estate. Providing reliable, on-time, dependable, and great customer service is not the differentiating factor in his business, rather, it is the minimum standards. With his vast knowledge and experience in the real estate space, providing outstanding buying, selling, and leasing service come naturally. Ben speaks English and Vietnamese, fluently. He is the co-owner of MPA Realty, where his team support clients in the Austin and surrounding areas. With his business partner and designated Broker, Maria Phan, their goal is to be the best Vietnamese and minority owned real estate agency in the Greater Austin Metropolitan area.
