Ben has been selling real estate since 2007, but he has been in real estate on the investment side even longer. He has owned, and lived in, multiple properties in the Austin area. Every time he is taken on the task of selling a client’s home who was looking to move, he has been able to sell it, and usually for more money and in less time than his client thought was possible, much to their delight. Most importantly, his goal is not just to sell your home, it is to understand the emotions of why you bought your home in the first place, what you love most about it then and now, and tap into those same emotions with the new buyer. He is a big believer that people do not buy physical homes, they buy things like the home’s location, how convenient it is to their job, the feeling it gives them to sip a cup of coffee on the porch on patio¬¬ or soaking in the tub drinking a glass of wine.

In Ben’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, running, reading, sailing, and exploring all the wonderful things happening in and around Austin.
