We moved to northern Colorado and needed to find a place quickly. With the sale of our previous house pending for so long we thought we would loose the house we found. Ben worked quickly and resolved the issue with our pending house sale and got us into our dream home before it was gone! I would highly recommend Ben to anyone buying or selling a home!

I've worked with Ben on a number of buy/sell deals and he's always been great. As an investor/consumer, I always felt he did a good job. But now that I've finished coursework for my own real estate license, I can say that he did a top-notch job in more ways than I realized at the time. I'm glad Ben was my agent. If I had to start all over again, I'd pick him again.

Ben is the best. As a first-time home buyer I would very much recommend Ben. First got in contact with Ben back in March, originally I was looking for a fixer-upper SFR in Lakewood. Ben was super responsive with getting my requirements and setting me up with a search list. In June I had a change of plans and started looking in Castle Rock for a larger ready-to-move SFR. Despite making multiple visits to places in Lakewood, Ben did not hesitate and quickly switched search results to Castle Rock, and we found homes and started viewing. He was very knowledgable about every step of the home buying process and was able to walk me through the whole process. We didn't get our first home offered, but Ben was great, writing quick and strong offers and we got our 2nd offer at list price! He was very helpful and prompt during the closing process making sure each milestone was hit without issue. I would very much recommend Ben to anyone looking to purchase a home in Colorado.
