Ben has lived in Minnesota since 1991. He graduated from Lakeville High School in 1994, and since then he has lived in Winona and St. Paul before settling in Minneapolis in 2000. He works the entire metro area from his office in St. Paul. Ben's wife of 24 years, Sarah, is a teacher in the Apple Valley/Eagan/Rosemount School District where his two daughters attend school.

He will be available as often as necessary to help clients successfully complete their transactions. Ben will keep clients informed every step of the way about progress in negotiations, the current marketplace, and any changes in laws or regulations which may affect their sales. He will listen carefully to the needs, wants, and concerns of clients. Ben will work hard to ensure that those needs, wants, and concerns are satisfied.

As part of his commitment to quality real estate service, Ben participates in a number of advanced training courses each year. This allows him to share the latest market, legal, and technical information with clients. A diverse education also helps Ben communicate with varied personalities. That is why he is proud to have graduated magna cum laude from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. Yes…Theatre
