Bernard Champagne

Bernie is a licensed Real Estate Broker with a unique foothold in the real estate industry due to his professional background. With over 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience, he worked as a carpenter and assisted in restoring American historical sites such as the Mark Twain House, Harriet Beecher Stowe House, and the Gillette Castle. He has also completed electrical school and served as an electrician apprentice at numerous locations including the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass.

His extensive construction and sales experience allows him to provide knowledge and value to his customers unlike anyone else can. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management and is skilled at determining the value of homes while also analyzing their construction. He is known to be an excellent listener and effective communicator, which is appreciated by many home buyers and sellers.

He has been happily married for the last 15 years and has two wonderful children. He draws strength from his family and they inspire him to go above and beyond in both his professional and personal life. He is proud to be living and working in such a fantastic community.
