Bethany has spent the last 15 years perfecting her role within the real estate community. Having experience as both a Realtor and Mortgage Originator allows her to approach a real estate transaction differently than most agents. Her reputation for tenaciously protecting her clients' interests has followed her throughout her career. Her attention to detail, hands-on approach, direct no-nonsense attitude, and savvy negotiating skills makes her an asset when buying or selling real estate.
Bethany began her real estate career with Residential Properties in 2003. After spending some time working for the Carnegie Abbey Club and Newport Beach Club luxury developments in 2012, she joined Bank of America as a Loan Officer in 2013 and learned the mortgage business as a member of the Mortgage Network. Through this experience, she gained invaluable knowledge, but chose to follow her heart and return to her true passion as a Realtor® with Residential Properties Ltd.
A life-long Rhode Island resident, she graduated from the Wheeler School and earned her BA in psychology from Rhode Island College. Bethany currently lives in Edgewood with her daughter Ella and adopted dog Rocco. When she is not creating delicious recipes in her kitchen or trying out new restaurants, she enjoys spending time at Rhode Island's many beautiful beaches.
