Bethany Sartell

Bethany is a lifelong Colorado resident and began her career in real estate in 2004 at Coldwell Banker Realty. She is known for tenacious problem solving and in-depth market knowledge, all while bringing calm and confidence to her client’s real estate transactions. Bethany’s path to success was paved by her late mentor, Will Rutledge, a legacy Broker in Boulder, Colorado, and fellow University of Colorado alumni. Bethany’s longevity in real estate has provided her with invaluable experience in negotiations, sales strategies, and providing clients with the highest level of service. Bethany's business model continues with this legacy of excellence. She has a proven track record of sales as one of the top Brokers in the Coldwell Banker Boulder office and countless satisfied clients throughout her career selling real estate.

When Bethany isn’t busy selling real estate, you can find her on the tennis court or enjoying the outdoors. Bethany is a University of Colorado graduate and former staff member with Young Life International in Germany. She is actively involved at Cornerstone Church, her children’s schools, Agros International & Young Life. Bethany, her three children, and her husband Drew live in Louisville.
