About Betsy
Betsy started her real estate career at Joyner Fine Properties in 2002.Betsy's life is enriched by the relationships she has formed throughout her career. To Betsy, the buying or selling process is about her client, not the property. Experience is on her side, a valuable skill in real estate, as every deal is unique and requires knowledge about the market and RVA. The real estate process can be daunting, so Betsy tries to add a level of enjoyment!
From The Fan to Short Pump to Midlothian and Beyond…. As a native of Richmond, Betsy has a sincere appreciation of the diverse neighborhoods and houses that the city and surrounding counties offer. Betsy is a graduate of St. Catherine’s School and received a B.S. degree from the University of Georgia (Go DAWGS!). Betsy lives in Westham in Henrico County with her husband Moultrie, an investment analyst and native of Charleston, S.C. They have two daughters; Sara who graduated from Washington & Lee University and is currently living in Dallas, TX, and Townsend, a junior at Washington and Lee University. Now an empty nester, Betsy enjoys knitting/needlepointing, “foraging for food” (Yellow Umbrella Seafood, St. Stephen’s farmers market & Westhampton Pastry shop are a few favorites!) and her newest endeavor, pickle ball.
