Bill is the most incredible Realtor I have ever worked with, and, as a military family, I've worked with many over the last two decades! Bill is not only the utmost professional, but he is exceptionally pleasant and dedicated to finding exactly what you are looking for. He will work hard for you because he legitimately cares about not just your business but you, as a person. I cannot recommend Mr. Kolovani more highly, and I will undoubtedly be utilizing his talents should I need to move again. I truly wouldn't even consider working with anyone else after having worked with him.

Bill was awesome to work with to buy our first home and had a lot of great knowledge on the area and the market. Very easy to talk to and very quick to respond to questions. He's lightening quick to get you showings at homes you want to look at. He pointed out numerous things that we overlooked as first time buyer and got us through a few steps back after we had to walk away from one home and didn't get our offer accepted on another(No fault to bill we just couldn't compete $). We got one now thanks to Bills help. I would and will recommend him in the future for anyone buying/selling in Southeastern Hampton Roads, VA

Bill took great care of us while helping us search for a home in Virginia Beach. He took us to every house in every location we requested. His knowledge about each area was invaluable. But none of the homes we looked at were right for us. Finally, Bill said he just wanted to show us a “condo” that he had just shown to another couple. Well, it was the one! We had never considered condos not realizing condos in VA Beach are not your typical community style with strict HOAs. Bill is super knowledgeable about the area, fun and has great stories. I already have another couple working with him to find their new home near us.

Bill Kolovani is AMAZING! Bill took time to get to know us and listened to what we wanted in a house while he took us to the homes we found and wanted to see. He then took us to a home we didn't know about. It had hit the market the week before and he assured us that we would love it . . . and we did! Bill was there with us throughout the process (search, purchase negotiation, inspection, walkthrough, and closing).
