Bill Parks

Bill is a thirty-two-year veteran specializing in listing and selling estate properties in the Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, Hollywood, and Los Feliz neighborhoods of Los Angeles, CA. He currently serves as the Estates Director of Rodeo Realty Fine Estates on the Sunset Strip.

Bill is an expert in contract negotiation and dispute resolution, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with colleagues, clients, and business partners through consultation, open networking, and instruction. In addition to his role at Rodeo Realty, he acts as a private consultant on real estate matters for select clientele, business managers, and attorneys across the United States.

Bill also enjoys mentoring new agents, providing guidance in contract negotiation, and teaching them the skills necessary to successfully list and sell properties.
