A native to Richmond, Bill brings his years of construction industry, project and property management experience since 1995 all together under the prestigious Joyner banner. With ongoing experience as an investor and property manager in a family real estate investment business, Bill is uniquely tuned in to the needs of small business and property owners. Bill focuses on investment property sales and leasing of real estate assets representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. He dedicates himself to good communication with and providing top quality service to his clients before, during and after the transaction is complete. Seeking out the most cutting edge education, Bill is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee which is earned after successfully completing courses that ensure CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice by having met transaction volume requirements.
