Billy is a real estate agent and enthusiast, as he has been for most of his life. He has always believed in the power of owning your own home to diversify your wealth portfolio and increase your net worth. He loves being able to assist all his clients, friends, and family with their big life-changing ventures.

Billy achieved his secondary education from the University of Iowa, graduating with a double major in Business Finance and Business Marketing. His first job right out of college was working with mortgages sold to the secondary market on Wall Street, primarily in the subprime sector. It was his responsibility to be a critical analyst of loan performance, and this position provided in-depth knowledge of the banking and lending side of real estate.

Since then, Billy’s life has taken many adventurous turns. Currently, he is a real estate agent in beautiful and sunny Colorado. It gives him the greatest feeling to be able to lend his expertise and clarity to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate. Billy believes his value comes from an incurable desire to help people, as well as his ability to bring clear communication to situations that involve many moving parts and can often be a bit overwhelming.
