Billy Wiegner

Billy Wiegner knew he wanted to be a real estate broker when he was 10 years old. He learned the ins and out’s of the job by going to work with his dad, who was also in real estate. When he grew up, Billy immersed himself into the world of real estate by working in a variety of roles including mortgage loan originator, inspector, insurance broker, and even asset management specialist. “I know how to show you a home, write the contract, originate the loan, do the appraisal (not licensed :)), take care of the inspection and sell you the property insurance,” Billy jokes. Billy was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and moved to Colorado in 2008. When he is not helping clients, he loves spending time with his wife, kids, and two dogs. He participates in watersports, snowboarding, softball, and football leagues. The family also loves exploring Colorado’s beautiful mountains. If he could try one thing knowing he couldn’t fail, he says he would jump off a mountain with a wingsuit on. A cause he really cares about is helping children in need with school supplies or other necessities and volunteering at community events.
