Blake Nicolai

My name is Blake Nicolai and I am a 4th generation Long Beach resident and real estate agent serving Long Beach and the surrounding areas.

I grew up in Park Estates and, like my parents and grandparents, I attended Wilson Classical High School. I also went to elementary and middle school locally at St. Joseph’s and attended college at Loyola Marymount University, obtaining a B.A. in Finance and a Minor in Art History. I currently live in The Plaza right around the corner from Cal State Long Beach.

When people ask me how long I have been in the real estate business I jokingly say over 20 years as I come from a real estate family. As a young boy I remember attending open houses with my dad and enjoying viewing homes and driving through neighborhoods. I have developed a strong interest in the history and architecture of Long Beach, which have proven to be a big asset in my business. I have a client centered focus and have a passion for working with both buyers and sellers.

When I’m not working you can find me on the golf course, surfing, or spending time with my wife Melissa.
