Bob Martin is an agent who listens, understands, knows the property market and has respectable working relationships with other agents working the area. We wouldn't be enjoying our house today if it weren't for Bob's knowledge and pulse on the market. Unknown to the public, my dream home was falling out of escrow and he was not shy of getting us in front of the agent and seller. His listening and his patience are his strong suit, his business acumen leaves you in good hands. I refer him to my friends and would always use Bob Martin as my agent.

Bob Martin is the most professional real estate agent I've come across. Everyone in my family works at Bob and all of our friends and relatives work with Bob. Bob has the ability to understand the needs of the customer as well as a perfect knowledge of the legal and monetary needs of every real estate transaction. As a first time buyer I really had no clue of where to start and what the important questions I needed answered before putting in an offer or deciding if a home was a good fit for me or not. Bob was sincere and helpful from beginning to end; just the type of person you need when looking for your first home. He was flexible with timings and availability when I requested to visit the property during the week or even during the weekends. I met Bob back in 2004 after returning from Iraq and moving from Portland OR to the Long Beach area.
