Bob Siegmeth

Bob is the managing broker for the Santa Clarita, CA Equity Union Office. He has been involved in over 500 sale transactions in Los Angeles and Ventura County areas since 2008. Prior to that, he managed over 5,000 real estate sale dispositions for two large loan servicing companies in the real estate management department.

Bob has been licensed since 1991 and was noted as being one of the youngest real estate licensed agents in California at the time while still in high school. He prides himself in providing the ultimate customer service to his clients while growing his referral business. He is supported by his primary team member Margaret Salvador who is his executive assistant to ensure flawless service along with an accountant and two buyer agents.

His focus is on the sale of single-family dwellings from first-time home buyers to corporate clients.
