I wish to acknowledge Bonnie Berman, who listed and obtained a contract on my Mom & Dad's home, where I live, and they asked me to help them sell. We have never experienced the process of selling a home. Bonnie's knowledge and professional attitude obtained a contract in a little over two weeks from listing. This prompted me to also recommend her to a friend of mine. When there are procedures I don't understand, she has attempted to explain them in a calm, professional manner. Although there are times our North - South personalities clash, we have been able to work out the issues and move forward with the sale. I am not a person who accepts change easily, and this has been a very emotional and stressful issue for me. Bonnie, in her own way, has attempted to make it easier for me. I would like to send in a letter of recommendation for our realtor, Bonnie Berman. I met Bonnie when viewing the model home in the Cedar Mills development. She introduced herself, and asked if I had a realtor to sell my current home. Perfect timing, since I did not, so we began talking further and decided to make her our realtor. Bonnie worked diligently with us on our request to market our home to potential buyers who would fit our desired move-out time-frame. The plan was to start showing our home on 8/15, while she began marketing it to people who were looking to move in around when we needed to move out in the late October-mid November time frame. . She actually found a buyer for us prior to the 8/15 date we had set to start showing our home. To top it off, it was the second potential buyer who looked at our home. Their desired move-in date of mid-November perfectly matched our desired move-out time frame. We appreciate her coordination and efforts, and look forward to a smooth closing.
