There are not enough good things to say about Brad!! He was so patient with us as we had our house built. He provided amazing insight and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. After we signed our papers to move into our new house, I asked him if I can still contact him if we had questions. He said "OF COURSE! I am not going anywhere." We will always refer him to others when in the buying process! Thank you so much again Brad!!

Brad and Sears Real Estate have been our go to for both of our home purchases in the Greeley. He is patient with his clients and helpful when explaining the complexities of the process to both first-time home buyers and with our next home purchase. As a UNC alumnus he’s got a strong connection to the community and is always giving back. Whether you are looking at a very specific zone or are new to the area and need a tour around Northern Colorado to find what you’d like, Brad is great person to contact.
In our most recent search Brad took the time to learn what my partner and I would love and what might be a deal-breaker about each home. He knew when to push us to look at something that was slightly outside of our zone and was also helpful with last minute requests to see houses that were fresh on the market! With our most recent home Brad was willing to help us with some tough negotiations with the seller and I can’t imagine trying to go through that process without Brad. Ultimately, we have been able to get into a great new home thanks to him! I highly recommend Brad for your home buying needs!

We can't say enough about how much Brad helped us! Brad helped us understand how to increase the value of our home and sell it for top dollar. He was able to get us 20 showings in 24 hours and multiple offers above asking price! He also helped us purchase our new home and negotiated a great price which allowed us to move into our dream home! Not something we thought was possible! He helped us tour many homes and was swift in his responses to our many questions! He was always available, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! We cannot recommend him more! We have seen other "discount" realtors and they all fall short of Brad Inhulsen! He saved us more money than the others could have promised and made the whole experience a joy! Brad has helped us buy our first home, sell it, and buy another. Every time we had....unconventional...situations come up that caused a lot of problems and almost killed the deals. Brad always made it work! He found solutions every time that kept the deals moving and made all the parties happy. Christian was also always available to help. We highly recommend them!

We recently sold and bought a house with Brad & Christian at Sears Real Estate. Due to buyer issues we were under contract a total of three times which was stressful due to having to have the house sold by a certain date. They made sure to try and minimize that stress and do everything in their power to get the sale to happen. It finally did after Brad spent many hours hounding the buyers lender to get it to happen after over a week of delays. I truly appreciate the hard work and professionalism in getting us into our dream house. I don't plan to move for many years but if I did I would use you guys every single time.
