I really cannot say enough about Brandon. My husband and I decided to buy a house in the summer. We had some difficulties at best. Brandon was there to walk us through the whole process, making sure we were informed and helped us make good decisions because of his extensive knowledge of castle rock and the real estate market. He recommended a great loan officer and together in spite of everything we found the right house that we absolutely are in love with. In the end after our inspection and the concessions, one of the agreed upon repairs was completed incorrectly, causing a failure that should've been fixed to begin with. On day two of our homeownership Brandon stepped in and paid for the entire repair without question. It was unexpected and really awesome. Would recommend over and over again. He's very responsive, very smart and never makes you wait. Always on time.

When searching for an agent to sell our home in Elizabeth, CO quickly and professionally, Brandon's name came up several times. One of my friends is a prominent mortgage consultant, and said, "Brandon Lee. No question. If I was going to sell my house tomorrow, that's who I'd go with." So, we gave him a call. Outstanding team! Brandon and Kara did an outstanding job for me. They were very knowledgeable, informative, and incredibly patient. I looked over a period of several months all over the Denver area, from Windsor to Castle Rock. I had looked for a while on my own and with a couple of other agents, but after looking at some places with Brandon and Kara, I then worked exclusively with them.
I found with other agents that I was "doing the homework", finding the comparables, doing research on my own. Then, after seeing several properties with them, I found that they were providing me all of the information that I wanted and more. They provided good advice about some properties that I had not learned on my own.
After I found a property that I wanted to make an offer on, they were there every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent job that they did.

They were very responsive and provided guidance throughout the process. We did not feel pressured at all, and even got some recommendations against buying certain places based on the tours. We knew we were in good hands.

Not only were they very competent, they made the process fun. Since it took many showings and offers to find a place, the process became a bit grueling. They stayed positive until we found the right one. They also gave us a very personalized and thoughtful gift at closing which was an amazing touch.

Hate sales-y people? Then this husband and wife team are the realtors for you. I cannot say enough amazing things about them, especially the fact that they were not pushy, they wanted us to find the home that was perfect for us. There were a few houses we were considering and during our showing they pointed out things that were wrong with the house, as to why we shouldn’t consider it, they weren’t just after the sell.

We had a couple of hiccups when we were buying our home, Brandon was on top of it and did everything possible and we got our dream home.

At the end of the day this couple became our friends, so if you need a realtor I have these friends, who I trust completely.

Douglas County Real Estate was an excellent choice when selling my home. Brandon was a excellent listener and went above and beyond to help. I had another Real Estate agent before Brandon and the other agent only interest was getting the commission check (This bad agent was even recommended by a close friend) and the bad agent was pushing me to sell my house for more then $40,000 cheaper then asking price just 6 days on the market so needless to say the bad agent and I parted ways and I found Brandon on Google and Douglas County Real Estate had excellent reviews and interviewed Brandon plus 4 different agents. Went with Brandon and I must say I couldn't ask for a better agent. Brandon priced the house at same asking price the bad agent did and Sold the house above asking price in just 1 day. Good thing I didn't trust the bad agent I would be out $40,000+. If your looking for honest, straight forward person and someone that listens to you then stop looking you found it in Douglas County Real Estate. I never write reviews like this. You don't half to believe/trust me try them out and you will see

Douglas County Real Estate was an excellent choice when selling my home. I relocated internationally (to Germany) and relied on them in every facet of the process, both before my departure from the U.S. and after. They started the process with an in-home interview and assessment to make sure we were a good fit. There was regular communication with photos, listings, showing updates, offers, and negotiations. When few minor issues came up with some repair work, they were there to make sure it was attended to promptly. When it came to the closing process, they handled it all as my power of attorney. Brandon Lee was the listing agent for my former home in Northglenn and I could not be happier to write this recommendation for him. My fiancé and I had been planning our wedding for the summer of 2012 and, as we planned on living in her home, my preparations to sell my home in Northglenn began in earnest as 2012 got underway. Brandon was a young and relatively inexperienced agent at that time but I was very impressed in our initial meeting with his professionalism, knowledge and drive to make this process as rewarding and easy for me as possible. Brandon evaluated my home, did his research on the market and gave me his recommendations on the upgrades and repair work that would be needed to bring in top dollar for my home. Brandon put me in touch with the right contractors to do the work and was always there to assist me whenever I had a question or needed any advice. Everything went quickly and smoothly as a result and by the middle of February the house was on the market. Interest in my house was immediate and sustained with several showings a day and nice comments from just about every visitor. Brandon’s advice on making my property an attractive one was certainly paying off. Within two weeks we had a solid offer in hand for our full asking price! The process after that got a little bumpy as the buyer’s agent, ironically a man of far greater experience in real estate, seemed not to really know his business well and our deal nearly fell apart as a result. Brandon remained cool and calm throughout however as he handled the challenges & problems coming from the buyer’s side, at one point even taking the time to educate the buyer’s agent when he persisted on a matter that had been changed by law several years ago and was no longer applicable. I remember well how thankful I was that my agent was the one who really knew what he was doing. Thanks to Brandon’s efforts the situation was recovered and we closed on schedule. Even considering today’s economy my house had sold quickly and for an excellent price and I can’t thank Brandon enough for his efforts. In my opinion and based on my experience you could not ask for a better real estate agent!

I am writing this as a recommendation for Brandon Lee. Brandon was the Listing Agent for the sale of my dad’s home at 5265 E. Atlantic Place in Denver, Colorado. My father passed away in the summer of 2011 and his home needed to be sold from his estate. With the current housing market and with the added emotional attachment of this being the home that I grew up in, Brandon not only got a fair price for the house but was professional and respectful in the sale of the home.
