As a first time home buyer, I expected the process to be confusing and tiring but Brandon put my mind at ease with his knowledge of the ever changing market. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and sent amazing recommendations based on my wish list. I learned a ton from him and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a full understanding of all the homes we saw before making a decision. I know he's incredibly busy but he made me feel like I was his only client, his energy is contagious! I can't recommend him enough!

Brandon help me find the perfect home. I was looking for a small house less than 15 minutes from work with a garage. I had a pretty tight budget so I was worried I might need to move a little farther from work, but Brandon was able to find a great place for me, in the area I wanted, under budget, and even got a credit for me at the end for some minor repairs I wanted to do. Through the whole process Brandon made helpful suggestions about what may need to be improved/updated in each house we visited, and gave realistic estimates about what the house would go for. I would suggest Brandon to family and friends.

Brandon was nothing short of an extreme professional. Buying a house can be a stressful, time consuming, and too often an annoyance due to many factors. Brandon answered all my questions throughout the process, he made sure I was apprised of any details, and always made himself available to speak with me whether over the phone or text. Right from my initial bid to closing, he was there representing me and making sure I was getting the best possible deal and that everything checked out before I closed on my house. If I could rate him more than 5 stars, I would. Any potential buyer/seller would be lucky to have Brandon be on their side and represent them!
