Today my house officially sold and we couldn't be happier, thanks to Jessica Pereira. Jessica exceeded our expectations. She is so friendly, so down to Earth, so knowledgeable and so sweet. I highly recommend Teri Kleinen as a Real Estate Agent. She has gone above and beyond any agents we have worked with in the past! She made everything run smoothly; and even with a couple of hiccups from the other side, she made sure we addressed it right away so we are not wasting precious time. She’s communicative and responsive, knowledgeable, and professional.
She helped us buy this same property when my niece was attending UC Merced and helped us sell it sometime after she graduated. Being out of towners, I was worried about not being around during this process but Teri helped with everything!

I worked with one of their realty agents and was able to purchase my first home with her help. BHGRE immediately began contacting me about closing dates and the services they could assist with. I had a long closing cycle and every time I had to extend my closing date, BHGRE understood and would reschedule me until I finally closed escrow.
