Brandy Gaiser

Brandy founded Giving Tree Realty in 2010 after working for a large franchise for over a decade and consistently ranking as a top producer year after year. She felt that there was a void in the real estate industry and wanted to create a firm that not only helped real estate brokers succeed, but also gave back to the community. With help from her husband, Bruce L. Bleiman, who founded a successful charitable organization for military families, they created a real estate company that gave back to charity on every home sold by the firm. Today, they are able to give back to over 86 charities with the help of their Broker-Associates and the clients who buy and sell homes through Giving Tree Realty.

Brandy is a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist as well as holding the exclusive LUXE, Luxury Listing Specialist Designation.
