Brett Sanson

Brett Sanson is a Multifamily specialist in the firm's Encino office. As First Vice President Investments and Director of the National Multi-Housing Group, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of Multifamily properties. Although primarily focused in the San Fernando Valley, Brett has sold apartment buildings all over Los Angeles including the Westside, Hollywood, and Downtown LA areas.

Brett joined the firm in 2004 and has since closed over one hundred and fifty investment real estate transactions valued over Eight Hundred Million Dollars. Brett is directly involved with every aspect of the transaction. From preparing a detailed marketing package, executing a strategic marketing plan, qualifying Buyers, coordinating inspections, and managing the escrow process, Brett communicates the progress with his clients every step the way. Brett graduated from UC Berkeley in 2001 and also holds a real estate Broker’s license in California.

Brett is an active volunteer and supporter of TheraSurf, Life Rolls On, and The Heart Foundation.
