With a Double Major in Economics and Ethics from Holy Cross, Brian Allen founded WorcesterMulti because of his passion for the Worcester multi-family housing market – a passion that dates back over twenty years.
Brian is unique in that he is a realtor who has personally owned and lived in, multi-family homes throughout Worcester. Brian’s first multi-family purchase was for himself. At a time when money was tight, Brian believed purchasing a three-family home was the wisest investment he could make. And boy, was he right. Brian quickly went on to purchase a two-family home. These two property investments paved the way for a bright financial future and fueled his fire for Worcester multi-family homes.
His interest in Real Estate led him to become a realtor in 2001, specializing only in multi-family home sales. To this day, he manages every home sale as if it were his own.
